Resistance Training


Resistance Training is a key part of developing the strongest athlete possible. Creating the strongest counter-force possible while training helps increases muscle mass, tones muscles, and strengthens bones. Fatigued athletes are always suspect to injury on the court or field. IPA works to deliver resistance in a variety of ways to help improve smaller muscle and tendon strength when the larger muscles start to fail.







Power cleans, sled pushing and pulling, battle ropes, numerous types of sand workouts, resistance bands and more are all part of resistance training with IPA. The more muscle, tendon and bone strength we can create the closer we get to injury prevention.
