Speed, strength and quickness are integral components found in every contact sport. Over-Speed Training concentrates on rapid eccentric contractions. Any good workout requires specificity. The training you do should also apply to the sport you play. All of our workouts imitate movements that will be encountered during competition. Why would you train any other way?
