Over-Speed Training



IPA Over-Speed Training workouts incorporate multi-directional movements, short starts and stops with burst of speed, rapid changes in direction, explosive power delivery of impact through contact with the ground and instantaneous power reception at contact. And we do it differently at every work out to engage new tendon and muscle strength. Some of the top athletes in the world utilize Over-Speed training throughout their off-season workouts.
